Those books are driven by a post-communism triunfalism that looks a bit outdated today. I am dubious and suspect that this is more nimble orating than substance.</p> <p>The bit about the pension funds is interesting, but marx and the intellectual communist/socialists have always asserted that the people have the power whether it comes in the form of an armed uprising or a new system for the management of pension funds.
