Tufte Template (pdf preview).

For Pages from Apple's iWork office suite. The template is based on the layout of Edward Tufte's books.

You need Bembo and Gill Sans fonts for the template to display properly. Gill Sans is standard on the Mac and I have heard Monotype's Bembo is good. If you don't want to pay for Bembo, try Garamond which is a fair substitute.

Also, some people like ragged right and others like justified right text. Your call. The justified right algorithm in Pages is awful so justified right text can look bad in some circumstances.
